We do our absolute best to get things right at Hanover, and we care deeply for all the children and adults in our community.
However, sometimes things go wrong. When that happens, we need to ensure that we learn from the experience and move forward in a positive manner. This is almost always done informally, and through conversation with the adults (and sometimes children) involved. Our complaints procedure is designed to help when this does not resolve the problem.
If you feel that something has gone wrong, and that it has not been resolved by speaking with the adults involved, you may wish to read our policy to find out what to do next.
The Governing Body will ensure that any third party providers offering community facilities or services through the school premises, or using school facilities, have their own complaints procedure in place so that people can complain direct to them, if necessary.
