The governing body is required to establish procedures for dealing with all complaints relating to the school including the provision of facilities or services by the school.
At Hanover, we actively welcome your participation in school life. We have a range of parents volunteering across the school in different ways, making a real impact on children’s learning. There are many ways you can get involved:
We are occasionally able to offer unpaid positions to highly skilled volunteers. For this to be effective, volunteers must commit to a regular time over at least one whole term, and will go through a full safeguarding and induction process before they can begin.
We receive a high volume of requests from people seeking a few days in a primary school before further training. Whilst we try to help, we are often not able to offer this experience, and apologise for this.
Please note that we conduct DBS checks on all adults who work at Hanover for an extended period of time or on a regular basis.
