Feedback and complaints
We are an ambitious school, and we want the best for our children and for everyone else who we work with. We work hard towards our Vision and Ethos, and are continually improving.
In order to the best school possible, we need your feedback. We collect this in a number of ways, including through parent surveys and requests for formal feedback on new initiatives. We also welcome informal feedback - both positive and constructive. Please do email us, call to make an appointment with your child's teacher, or speak with the office about who you should speak to.
At Hanover, we act upon feedback from parents and others.
If you have raised a concern and feel it has not been dealt with, you may wish to read our complaints policy and consider making a complaint. This process is aimed at seeking a resolution to the issue swiftly and professionally.
